I remember that used to happen to me. Id get bruises and cuts when i wake up. But that dont happen anymore. You might be bruising yourself by applying alot of pressure and then shifting it.
Applying... too much pressure? Tell me, how would I be applying too much pressure to my shin? It's not like my pillows and blankets weight 70 pounds, and it's not like I'm thrashing around in bed to get comfortable.
Also, I know where I got the bruise from, I was just being sarcastic.
