Okay, so my prospectus has been approved by all faculty! I'm starting work on my thesis! O_O

I've got one chapter dedicated to gender theory/culture stuff, one on literary analysis, and one on cultural studies. Woohoo. I'm already sick of it. haha.

first of all, CONGRATS! It's so exciting that you are starting on your thesis!! Even if you are sick of it, lol, that's still awesome.

And you are totally correct, the baby classes are totally pointless for everyone involved-- except the mothers, who, depending on the type of class, either get an English lesson or get an excuse to be away from their kid for an hour. Thank god I never had to teach any of them, but I know tons of people who did and they all just roll their eyes and shake their heads.

I'm sorry your boss and boyfriend are driving you crazy :( If you have a chance when you come down I definitely want to see you-- it's been forever!-- and you can vent all you want, hahaha xD
