I'm really sad we didn't get to hang out!! I'm looking for an excuse to come up your way to bug Sly at some point, so if that's possible we should all go out :)
That really sucks about your water! I am really sorry to hear that! Sounds awful. I know that happened to me at a couple of apartments a couple of times, but it was like one occurance and that was it, never a week of crazy bs. The shaking toilet would seriously give me nightmares. I hope that stuff gets settled soon!
I agree as for the issues with the boyfriend. There`s no good excuse for that kind of behavior. I think you`re making the right move!
You know, I had a long talk with one of my friends yesterday about the situation with Seb, and I think it helped me sort out a few of my feelings for him. We've got a relationship that works for both of us right now, but unless he's absolutely willing to pick up and go where I want to go (and vice versa), it can't work. I want to leave the metroplex after I graduate (eventually, anyway), and he's been really reluctant to take a stance on how he feels about leaving the area.
In other words, I am not willing to sacrifice my happiness for his. I think if either of us did that it would make us bitter.
That sounds like a pretty solid assessment. Of course all of these things can (but probably won't) change in time, so knowing clearly where you stand now is a very good place to be.
I am glad to hear that you hav figured most of it out on your own. Keep in mind of course that Seb will have his own ideas as for how things will go and when, and you know that at some point the two ideas will clash, but at least you are prepared for it. Good luck with everything.
