It used to show up on the surface back in my original world. Actually, there was a spot where it was pretty much like this all year 'round. Cold, snow, ice... All that stuff. Really, really clear skies though.

Every other week during the summer, then on my birthday! Actually, I think that was the first place I went to when I could go to the surface. Maybe someday I can bring you to Atlantica so you can see it for yourself!

In several places on my world. Though where I lived, it didn't snow at all.

Only once, actually. I was on my way on an errand when it started snowing.

I had to admit it was one of the most beautiful sights I've ever seen.

I've never seen snow before either, as it never snowed where I lived. It's a little unpleasant to be in.
