I do. While I don't need to recharge usually, no power source is infinite, and so even my reserves will run low. At least I have several subtanks full of reserve energy for now, but I still require the canisters in order to refuel them.
The Energy Pellets and capsules appear to be glowing yellow spheres, or in the capsule's case, a a clear case holding a large yellow capsule. They fuel the reactions that power my systems, much like food serves as fuel for the reactions that keep organics running.
