ask her for a receipt or soemthing. unless she didnt send it first class, then it can take even longer. did you ask her what method of shipping she used?

I filed in time. The girl replied saying I "didn't opt for insurance". I feel like she's going to win. There's no way for me to reply again saying that I didn't know worldwide insurance EXISTED and that she NEVER OFFERED IT TO ME. Her saying I "didn't opt for it" makes it sound like she offered it and I said no. Is there any way for me to explain that..?
