I had a smile on my face throughout all of this... And:
Tachibana/Fuji: The flowers. The grip tape. Fuji goes out of his way to see Tachibana, completely selflessly. The moments in canon between Tachibana and Fuji are, for me, some of the most humanizing moments for Fuji in the entire series. Kirihara unknowingly brought them together. The manga takes this even further than hospital visits and Tachibana cheering Fuji on against Kirihara because they play a game before the Nationals. Fuji shows up at Tachibana's house and more or less insists Tachibana follow him to the street tennis courts. Genius 243 is very telling in terms of Tachibana, but moreso as a moment between Fuji and Tachibana that happens outside of competition and verges on the realm of extracurricular. This is the most humanizing ship for Fuji, in my opinion, and I really like the idea behind it.
