As always, I love the complexity of the characters, and how you realize as the story goes on how both alike and different Niou and Yagyuu are.

Alike in the ways you wouldn't expect and different in the ways you wouldn't expect.

Yagyuu smokes, lies, pulls pranks on his teammates, and probably even shoplifts on occasion. He's definitely not a paragon of virtue! ;)

Thank you so very much! While it would have been easy to write Niou and Yagyuu at face-value, one sneaky and the other a gentleman, with nothing else, it would have been so boring and unrealistic! So, I am glad you enjoy all the surprises ^^

I totally was not clued into the fact that the tennis camp was made up until they were on the train! I trusted Yagyuu!

Oh, man, the imperfections were, as Niou knows, what made it perfect. I adored the dirty, messy details, because that's how first-time sex is--there's nothing clean and neat about it.

I don't want this story to end. I'm going to have to print it out and bind it, so I can reread my favourite parts even when I have no computer access.

Yagyuu is full of bs sometimes. And Niou was too distracted (too in love?) to notice. That, and Marui's conbini meet-up with him...oh so much fun to write! ;)

Thank you so very much! Honestly, I worried about writing their first time, since it needed to have the same level of detail as the rest of the fic, but if it was over the top, it would have been ridiculous and cheesy. If the scene worked for you, excellent! &hearts
