As I was told you supposedly made it up while severly intoxicated at a party but don't remember doing it yourself, you only remember waking up and someone coming up to you and saying "Reppin for Milo man, fuck yeah" or something to that effect.

At least thats the story I was given.

It's not exciting. Bob got drunk at a strip club to the point where he blacked out. Allegedly, whilst drunk, he kept telling everyone that during that night he was "Reppin' for Milo." He woke up the next morning and everyone kept asking him what "Reppin for Milo" meant, and he had no idea what they were talking about.
