when my sleep schedule initially got super fucked up and i stopped sleeping at normal sleeping hours, i discovered all the breakfast foods i'd been missing out on all along. (and discovered how pretty early morning light is.) it's probably part of why i've never fully corrected my sleep schedule.

breakfast foods aren't appealing after sleep, anyway. breakfast for dinner sounds like a pretty decent solution.
