IDW is putting out a pair of graphic biographies of Obama and McCain. You can choose your favorite candidate for $3.99, or for the undecided, they're combining both into a flip-book for $7.99 .

These will be arrive in comic stores nationwide on Wednesday October 8th. Ask 'em to reserve yours now!

The ads portray 'em as biographies with emphasis on what shaped their political life. Though the covers match, the interiors are by two different writer/artist teams.

This being comics, I expect McCain's VietNam experience to look like Rambo, but we'll see soon.

I think it'd be interesting if they showed what really happened to McCain in the POW camp.

Might make it harder for the Dems to dismiss it so easily.

I think most dems don't 'dismiss' McCain's service or experiences at all--in fact, it's earned him a great deal of respect that wouldn't have had otherwise. Surviving years as a POW--especially in Viet Nam--deserves respect.

It's the idea of another four years of Republican 'guidance' that Dems hope to dismiss.

And now that the freaky pentacostal, anti-choice, book-banning, two-faced, PTA pit bull in petticoats is his running mate...well I don't really need to say much more about why we don't want McCain to win, do I?
