Rock and Roll
Went to a Neighbourhood Watch meeting last night - am such a grown up! A house round the corner has been broken into twice in the last 12 months, and a few other neighbours have had their sheds and cars broken into. We've been alright here (touch wood) but it's good to meet more of the neighbours and be aware of what's going on. -
Moomins!
I saw the coolest Moomin wedding anniversary card yesterday and demand that someone gets married so I can buy it and send it to them in a year's time! -
A little holiday of sorts...
Since I have a week's holiday to take before the end of my current contract on October 2nd, we're taking next week off work and doing a mini tour of England starting with 4 (yes, 4) days at my mother-in-law's and then meeting up with my parents who'll be on holiday near Stratford-on-Avon, and then going to visit friends in Derby ( Read more... ) -

Those neighbours again
One of them hung some washing out a few days ago and they haven't taken it in yet. It rained last night.
Not sure if they actually washed the clothes before hanging them out, or if leaving them in the rain was part of the plan...
