Things are improving in the pond. This morning Al was talking to me again. Also, when I fed him, the mfish came out to eat, which they had not done since the goldies moved in. I love reading these entries, but honestly, this is part of why I don't have fish. Dogs and cats just seem so simple compared to this.

It's not really difficult, and it is pretty simple once it's all set up and cared for. The pond has become a hobby, but not a pain in the ass.

Speaking of the mfish, I think yours are a different kind of fish than mine. Mine look like plain mollies, and the ones I saw today from your pond are much shinier and have a silver belly. I think they may just be different subspecies. Yours look like Gambusia Alfinii, and I think mine are Gambusia Nobilis, because they have the stripe.
