Can I get an "AMEN!" here?
This woman is hitting the nail directly on the head. She sounds much like the transition I went through back in the 80's and early 90's... Originally a Democrat, I found their positions drifting farther and farther from mine, or mine from theirs, and while I remained registered "D", I got caught up in the Reagan Revolution, and finally made it official in '92 (Clinton was the final straw)

The issues she talks about are the real issues, and not the peripheral and trivial crap that usually winds up in the limelight.

Her positions are what "Republican" should stand for, and used to stand for, but seems to have gotten lost in the shuffle of late.

I agree with you. That is why I posted it here. I really think that many people of BOTH parties think this way. We need to Washington know. We need to get rid of many people of both parites in 2010.
