So when Mass Effect 3 ended I went onto the internet to complain in an echo chamber, like a lot of other people.

The particular echo chamber I complained in had a thread. That thread was entitled: "Write Your Own Mass Effect 3 Ending" or something like that.

So if you read my review posts you will have noticed I put Mass Effect and Mass Effect 2 in my next set of games to talk about. I read Initial Mass Effects after playing ME1, and Additional alongside ME2 (sort of, you did stuff in a different order), and I was intending to comment on those alongside my reviews of the actual games. At some point I will buy and play through Mass Effect 3 and likely read Further alongside it. The short version of what I will say is that you didn't do much wrong that I regard as being your fault, though the overlap between "things that Bioware did that annoyed you" and "things that Bioware did that annoyed me" isn't more than average-sized. The primary advantage of experiencing Mass Effect in text form is that I don't actually have to look at any Asari, and therefore suffer the cognitive dissonance between a visceral revulsion towards AAAAA IT HAS SNAKES ON ITS HEAD and a game which evidently expects me to find them sexually attractive.
