Do you know who someone who thinks they rule the world? Have you ever wanted to enlighten them over the fact that other people do matter and do exist? Worst Show and my opinion: Boston Legal. There's a few other shows I can not stand but this comes to mind first. I can not STAND this show. First off, it's not a drama, it's a comedy. And a horrible one at that. It's complete trash. And it's main trio of actors are horrible. And those Emmy they won and were nominated for should be returned.
Best show and my opinion: Friday Night Lights. You know my opinion. So.... just write whatever you want.
Shows I could cover: FNL, Grey's, Lost, Heroes, and 30 Rock.

Honestly, I am SOO pumped for FNL, you do not understand (actually, considering you are a much bigger FNL fan than I am, you probably do..about 100x better too =P).

Anywho, I'll lend my tv opinion =)

Your opinion of the worst show from the list: I am going to say The Bachelor because I hate how incredibly fake these people are. They all have no clue who this guy is and all of a sudden, they want to get a rose because they want to get to the end and potentially marry the guy (which never actually happens..unless you count The Bachelorette). Lol, I could probably go on about this, but I'll restrain myself =)
Your opinion of the best show from the list: Oh man, just one? Okay, so at the moment, and I literally mean right-this-second moment, I'd say Gossip Girl (this is considering the fact that I am starting to get really impatient waiting for my GG to finish downloading so I can watch the last 30min.
