Hey!! Yeah it is street parking. But i rarely have a problem finding a decent spot. I wouldn't mind 2 people at all if you guys don't mind sharing a room :) You'd have the master bedroom so you'd have your own bathroom and everything! And i'm just down the street from your current place if i remember correctly. I'm off Belmont & Broadway. You would totally be saving my life. I REALLY don't want to move, i love my apt and my neighbors are super cool. Would you guys be able to split the rent 3 ways? $1050 divided by 3 people is only $350/mo for rent and then there's utilities too! But if you add the utilities split 3 ways it would still only be like $400/mo (if that). So we'd all be saving money! And like i said in my post, the whole place is already furnished and everything with all sorts of nice and new pretty things. You're more than welcome to come by and check it out if you want! I'll be home every night this week. Gotta watch my shows :) Hehe. Usually get home from work around 6pm depending on traffic. Give me a call or send me
