Looking for Survey Responses - Economics, Consumer Behaviour

Stage One of my Economics Assignment for an introductory Econometrics course involves gathering data on basic consumer demographics and behaviour.
I would appreciate anyone taking this short survey on expenses on fast food, movies and healthcare.
I am a student in India, and have tried to adjust the possible responses for as many currencies as I could, but the options are still limited and may not reflect reality, I'm afraid.
Should anyone spot an error or run into any problems, I'd be grateful if you let me know.
