I slept in 'til 9 today, to remind myself why I hate sleeping in. -headdesk- It's amazing how my delving into social media has changed my sleeping schedule. I used to sleep past noon and stay up until at least past 3 am, because I felt I had nothing to fill the day with. Now, I'm up around 8am at least. And I would get up earlier, but my Mom HATES

I HAD to ditch it when I started working out, though. A full night's sleep is key for muscle development. Bummer. XD
