How I Became a Morning Person (And Some Other Stuff)

I slept in 'til 9 today, to remind myself why I hate sleeping in. -headdesk- It's amazing how my delving into social media has changed my sleeping schedule. I used to sleep past noon and stay up until at least past 3 am, because I felt I had nothing to fill the day with. Now, I'm up around 8am at least. I've been a morning person lately too, because my body is failing me. I cannot survive on 3 hours of sleep every night!

Woof. I remember when I used to do that. I actually used to feel really good until the evening hit. Then, the fog set in and I'd constantly be on the verge of falling asleep.

I HAD to ditch it when I started working out, though. A full night's sleep is key for muscle development. Bummer. XD

Funny you should say that--I've actually altered myself to sleep in later and stay up later. I mean, I can also do so since my classes begin later now that I live off campus, but there is some good ass TV on late, plus I can catch up on what I DVR'd earlier (or watch the late rerun of Keith). I AM A NIGHT OWL, HOOT. :)

Mmmm, Chicle. I loooved that stuff as a kid but haven't had it lately. I am so tempted now!
