FFFFFFFFFFFF- I pulled a muscle in my calf at the gym today. At least, I think so. It feels like I have a large cramp in my left calf. Either way, it's painful and I'm pissed.
On the bright side, it happened near the end of my gym session, so my whole workout wasn't a bust. My Tuesday gym schedule consists of two classes: a powerlifting class
