Latin flash cards: started!

Just a quick note to celebrate that I have, in fact, gotten something done this week: I sat down with Rebecca and went through Wheelock's vocab, focusing on both inflection memory and definitional nuance. Oh, Wheelock. Congrats on taking Latin back up again though! :D Six or seven chapters is quite an accomplishment for one day. You're a braver man than I. I'm sticking with le French. C'est plus facile que la langue latine.

La langue francais est merde. :P Mostly from all the homophones. It's enough to drive you insane. That, and the completely different pronunciations using the exact same letters as other Romance languages.

aww. come on! How can you forget "PHOOEY"?

Perhaps it's because I learned Latin when I was 12, but I still think it's funny. tee hee. (And I still think fart jokes are funny too!)
