Second, a WaPo article about the election, which talks about the winners and losers, the let-down of backing the losing candidate, and the joy of backing the winning one. What it doesn't address nearly as much as it should is the moderacy with which this thing might be viewed

my fear isn't about McCain. It's about him dying and Palin being president.
A fundamentalist Christian, who will have dealings with russia, China, india,and OPEC countries. All of which aren't christian.
Even most of her own party don't think she's qualified for the job.

Wow. That sounds a little bit like the kind of fear-mongering the McCain campaign is using. I doubt, I really, really doubt, that Sarah Palin would try to enforce some Christian World Order. She'd be smacked down in a heartbeat--and I don't think she's that foolish in the first place.
