You know what I'm having a real big problem with? The so-called objective facts presented on the MBE portion of the bar. This is germane to all the MBE subjects, but applies with particular lethality to tort questions. Are you perhaps reading too quick on the MBE fact patterns? I tend to do that sometimes and skip over vital words or in my hurry presume that some fact has to be true, when in reality the fact pattern doesn't explicitly say anything of the sort. I've had to force myself to slow down a lot (especially during the afternoon session). Maybe that'll help some?

Yeah...I may need to do that. Last night I woke up, heart hammering, thinking of qualified and absolute privileges as defenses for intentional torts. Bizarre!

Oh man, that must've been a fright! I keep telling myself that this will all be over in under two weeks. The last 9 weeks of studying have gone so quick, so 2 week should be nothing. We just have to keep up the energy a little more!
