Thanks to everyone who has sent me good wishes, vibes, and any and everything else good, concerning the bar. It's in less than 24 hours and I'm very very scared. There is far too much on the line this time especially, or maybe I'm just aware of it all this time. I don't know. I feel very insecure about how much I know about con law, crim law ( Read more... )

For what it's worth, I'm also stressing out about my asylum trial in 5 weeks. I need to find a way to manage my career without stress, because this ain't cool.

The asylum trial sounds a lot more worthwhile thing to stress about. How have things been for you, professionally? You've been awful quiet blog-wise.

Meh. I don't really like my job that much. Even the pro bono stuff, which is at least for a worthy cause, is pretty damn stressful. I think I want a 9-5 government job in the future. Maybe another clerkship.

Congratulations on finishing the bar. Time, no doubt, for some unhealthy living in America's most unhealthy city! (I liked Philly.)

Good Luck! Go in with a positive attitude. You gotta set the bar high. Go in there with the intention to ace the BAR. My goal at the moment is to try to find a way to steal this guys net more efficiently until they hook mine up.

Ok, so apparently, someone (certain someone) told me I turned this entire good luck thread around and turned it into something about myself. I assure you that this was unintentional.

However, I didn't intend to change the meaning of the thread from you to me, but I am awesome. Although I'm sure no one cares.

Hey, thanks a lot for the wishes. And no, absolutely no apologies necessary - you didn't make it all about you :)

And I hope you managed to steal the bloke's internet more efficiently. I'm currently stealing the internets myself; it's fun and I feel accomplished.
