Take the word quiescent. This morning I was thinking that my creativity had been quiescent.  Then I became enraptured with the very sound of the word.

What is it about the "kwee" sound that seems secret and forbidden, and the "ess" syllable reminds me of nothing so much as a figure falling into a reclining position.
