If you go with Charter, I can put you in touch with a local direct sales agent who is much easier to deal with than the faceless corporate structure. My landlord gave me one of his fliers when I first moved in to my old apartment. His emails can be a bit difficult at some points, as he's one of those people who still hasn't learned that Caps Lock isn't always a good thing, but by phone he's great and I have no complaints.
