hi there! nice tutorial. but i had a problem! =(
i dont know how to use the dotted border brush.
what i got is a png format picture. how do i make it into a brush?

As for your problem, there are two ways to go about this:
1. open the png file in photoshop, got Edit>Define Brush Preset. The brush will show up in your brush- palette
or
2. Download the intire brush-pack (6 of them, I use them a lot ^_^) by wicked_enough <right here.>
