It was impossible to get help there the first couple of days because of the weather and it was not accessible. The helicopters that were sent there were being shot at. Police and everyone else that works for the government were also being killed. Help got there today, sad, but it got there. He can't actually go there either because it's too dangerous for him. And yeah ppl suck.

I read and heard that there was money towards New Orleans to build something to prevent floods and bush slowly pulled away that money to put towards Iraq, if this is true then it's partly his fault that New Orleans is pretty much no longer there.

why didnt previous administrations, such as Clinton, do the same thing then before there was ever a war? What about before Clinton?

I don't know why, that's a good question. But the fact is, Bush is in charge now and has been for awhile. So it's HIS job to do this shit. If he's such a grand president, why didn't he do it when he first started?
