You going to make me stuff my face with chocolate because I'm feeling so bad for Davis right now. I adore tragic characters. And the Davis your writing is so tragic and very true to the one i loved before the show threw him to crap. Gad...

Okay let's talk about it, blacks and whites hads me thinking fortress. Davis very white as just himself, looming bblack as DD, but also the way he perceived the world, maybe before the whole Doomsday factor came into it. He was the kinda guy that always wanted to do the right thing and it was awesome and Doomsday made him have to take gray choices to save lives.

Blood is a *poignant* red, staining the whites of his hands so brightly he gags.
The smell is so thick in the air he breathes it in, until he collapses to the ground, sick.
Oh ick. Identity always gave me the image of Davis cleaning
