Well, I'm feeling a little better. Managed to fool them by placing a letter from "neighbors" underneath our door to make it look like other people in the building knew about the smoking and rowdiness and that they threatened to go to the manager unless it stopped. They did thankfully, and I haven't had to deal with any assholes yet. Not even

People care probably because it's family. But still, I have a friend of mine who was arrested back in 2001 and he's still in jail as far as I know. Though as for what he did, I could not blame them.

Regardless, I do think that they should sit in jail becuase it "usually" teaches people a lesson. And if it doesn't, then they are simply a lost cause.
