I am done with Bloomington.  My car got broken into last night; window smashed and dashboard ripped up with nothing stolen.

Portland is quite possibly one of the prettiest cities I have ever visited and would seriously consider moving there once grad school is said and done.

Bloomington is awash with stupid people who aren't grown up enough to realize that random vandalism hurts others.
