My computer is fixed! I mean, sure when I called the only thing wrong with it was that the printer wasn't working right, and the tech support people fixed my problem by wiping my entire memory without really telling me what they were instructing me to do, and as a result I lost all my documents, old party information, pictures, and all my music.
