So, it's been a pretty bad week so far. Hockey has been uniquely stressful. Our goalie randomly quit on Sunday night. I was so mad, enraged actually. I bought tickets to Guatemala!
Yep. It's official. Katie, Jade, and I have tickets to Guatemala. November 25 through December 16, we'll be speaking Spanish and traveling through Guatemala.

Country Oatmeal Bread
Ingredients:
2 tsp dry yeast
1 1/2 cups water
1 3/4 cups whole wheat flour
3/4 cups plus 2 TBS white flour
3/4 cups plus 2 TBS medium oatmeal
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp honey
