That's right! All Monday 8:30 anatomy lectures are cancelled (except for Feb. 5th). I love Easteals already. And I guess I can say without any shame that I'm the only person in that class who's never taken an anatomy course before. How do I know? you're so right about our farsightedness, anticipating the future so intently we forget the present. & i like the tid bit on compassion. i don't think i've ever thought of the differences quite as closely

hehehe. well with your book thingy, of course i'll remind you. hehehe, my friend bought me book over christmas entitled "sightings of the SAVIOUR". i haven't got a chance to read it>.< i really don't think i will have time@.@ took english this semester and i'm already a novel behind class@.@

part time student and it cost me more to buy textbooks than being a fulltime student>.< aiya@.@

i don't mind that you didn't catch up with me over christmas>.< you're a great friend regardless. we were all busy.....i don't even know what i did with my break@.@ i was just busy@.@

but the next time you come home.....maybe we should catch coffee or sumthing:P or be asian and go for bbt:P hahahaha

Hey Eleasa, I'm glad that God has convicted your heart, that you have others to keep you accountable and focused on living for God to invest in and bless others...I too struggle with that same thing in serving: too focused on serving my own selfish interests instead of being focused on serving others. And I also agree that it's so tough to be compassionate. But at work when others can see that I make the effort to truly and genuinely care for them, the joy that you get out of that is all worth it. May you continue to run hard after God, setting your heart on seeing people grow in God (not just in results) & imitating the loving and compassionate life of Christ.
