Something relatively new for me, landscape shooting. Not knowing what I was doing, here are some rudimentary pictures of Huntington Beach at sunset and the female inspiration for the shoot...

I grew up in Huntington Beach!

Your pictures are so clear with such vivid color. Other than having a camera I can't afford, do you have any tips for me? Are there any affordable cameras that could come close?

My brother lives there! Well, actually he just moved to a beach house in Newport, but he's been in Huntington for the past 3 yrs.

I'm so jealous of all you Cali people. I will finally be there after I graduate in May though!

My parents nearly moved there when I was living in Miami, but something turned them off and they decided to stay right in TX.

However, they still go out to Orange County once or twice a year. I suppose I should go out there...it's been a while.

You could get the digital rebel, its ony around $900 and it has the same quality chip that my camera has. I really dont know about anything less expensive than that.

UM... i'll be in san antonio for the weekend of oct. 22 to shoot a wedding. no plans for austin though.
