i seem happy but i'm actually extremely depressed all the time, and have cut myself several times but no one has a clue

-Im ridicously depressed all though i act happy most of the time.
-I say im a friend, though i lie and hurt feelings
-I can be such a hypocrite when it comes to cutting and such.
-I do cut every so often,when it hurts to much
-I lead people on.
-I regret too many things done in the past and present
