Maybe this is too early and pessimistic, but FNL is probably over for good tomorrow night, and that makes me sad. Super super sad. I want an ending for these characters, you know? It's such an amazing cast, and I'm sure they'll all go on to do amazing things, but to never get to see Eric/Tami again, is just such a waste. Also, the actors must be so

Sigh. I can't believe it either. They already announced a date for the DVDs right? So, even if the strike is over (which it looks to be about), there's no chance for the rest of the season or a S3. I just want closure and the last 7 episodes, but that's looking grim.

I spent today watching clips from S1. Goodness, it was so spectacularly amazing. Some of those S1 moments, however small, were just things you can peg 'so FNL.' CT and his "Matt chats" and Tami calling him an idiot when he cried out in horror that Matt and Julie had a blanket. Hee. Small things like that. It's just such a damn shame more people didn't catch on.

LOL. And I agree with you on all counts, the Lyla part, too. I don't care for her all that much...and I don't think Minka Kelly is that great as an actress, but I will say she's improved since S1.
