I'm finding it real hard to want to wake up at 5 am and go to work when I know I'm just going to give my two week notice in a month. So Monday rolls around and I knew in my head that I should have called into work to see if I could reschedule ( Read more... )

I'm glad you're already willing to move on with your life. Too many people want to stay in that sad "woe-is-me" place after a long relationship ends..I did that in high school and never again. I'm thankful you're ready to start a new life. And hopefully I will get more visits from you and Evan once you're settled in Washington :)

Definitely! I only allowed myself a couple nights to be stupid sad, and I always felt better in the morning, like I had gotten it all out of me. I'm glad I was able to make some big decisions with a clear mind immediately after it happened, so not I have something to work toward and look forward to.

And visits will be a must.

I saw your new icon over on Bri's journal and I like it, haha! Why ain't we ell-jay friends, yo? I didn't know you even still used this contraption.

Bri says you are settling in Washington? Do I correctly remember that Elias might have mentioned something about you moving in with Evan a long while ago, or is that just my third cup of coffee/imagination talking?

Hey, I didn't even know you had a new journal, haha. I have some old one(s) still listed as friends. You haven't missed much here, just the occasional bitching.

And yeah, I'll be moving in with Evan at the end of May, and there was a false start last summer.

That's really exciting! We'll all have to hang out, for sure! I kind of disappeared from the internet for a couple years when I moved out but now we've got it again and it is pretty joyous.

Absolutely. I'm sure I'll need all help getting acclimated I can get, especially with the voodoo math sales tax.
