Interesting! I was just talking with a friend the other day about video games as a tool to enhance neuroplasticity. You challenge yourself mentally, fail over and over, and finally do the thing so it's an exercise in activating the thinking/strategic/learning parts of the brain and increasing resilience.

Partner and I played overcooked and overcooked 2 (making food under a time limit) and those were fun. I wouldn't have played them alone though.

Kerbal sounds fun too!

The Kerbal space programme sounds like fun and something to get "lost in" and enhance curiosity, imagination and creativity. Glad no imaginary person was left out and I like how you thought of that. On a side note, hopefully you're getting to de stress over a glass of wine x

My husband actually got Kerbal Space Program for my son and is planning to install it to his computer this weekend! :) Dee is very much into Space... it is a rather fitting game.

It's the BEST game. Playing it in sandbox mode, it's like having a LEGO kit of space rocket parts - and they WORK.
