It's Friday, and you find me holed up in the junk room at home, putting together another quiz. This evening the company I work for are having a "virtual social" on Zoom, and I volunteered myself as quiz-master. Although I have run several quizes recently, I'm putting together an entirely new set of questions, so the rest of my family can take part.

I hope the quiz goes well. I enjoy creating quizzes/games for others as well. It's more fun to host it than take part sometimes :-)

So is the junk room no longer a junk room now you tidied it or will it still be known as the junk room?

That's brilliant news over the Imac. It reminds me of when I got up in the attic and found that my childhood "speak and spell" still works lol.

I get the iMac out every few months, and try to figure out what I might use it for :)

How big is the old Mac? Would it take up much benchspace?

If not, stick it in the kitchen and use it as a recipes fileserver :)

It's pretty huge - it's one of the pretty coloured ones with a CRT built into the system unit. I'll probably keep it, and use it for writing (one day) lol

Oh! An iMac G3? Now having one of those is truly impressive. As you say, probably best for writing and maybe some retro-games.
