SO. If my app didn't make it obvious enough, Mikan is a huge game nerd! She considers herself something of an expert, and being what camp is, she's bound to recognize some of the characters here who come from games. You can totally recognize both Canaan and Wilhelm! Wilhelm being the main villain of the Xenosaga series, he'll stand out more than Canaan, but Canaan's in the intros of the second and third games, playable in the third for an hour or so, and thus she'd probably remember him. With Wilhelm, ANYTHING MIKAN DOES IS GOOD. With Canaan, please don't mention that he's fictional! He has enough issues without adding that one. XD

NOT STRICTLY VIDEO GAME-ONLY but Luffy's the main character of One Piece, which is a huge shounen series in Japan. I think Ikki recognized him, so feel free! One Piece has had some video games, too. SO YES.

Maya is from Persona 2! It's not as well-known as 3 or 4, so I don't know I don't know if she would actually recognize her or not, but go ahead and do it if you think she might.

since p2 came out in 1999 and the fact that it's not ~main stream~ probably means she's more likely to fangirl it, actually.

Oh, awesome! Since half the cast is from Eternal Punishment at this point, Maya is already spoiled for pretty much everything that happens, so you can tell her whatever you want.

There are Bleach games with Matsumoto in them. I don't care if you recognize her.

Nobunaga and Keiji are both from video games as well. Nobunaga is from Sengoku Musou and Keiji is in Sengoku BASARA 2/X/Heroes. Nobunaga is also in Musou Orochi, but that's just a crossover. Feel free to recognize them as well! They are also important historical figures, so.

Also what Tot said, I think both of those games series are pretty popular in Japan. Sengoku BASARA is done by Capcom, so!
