and i heard about david. it's absolutely horrendous and depressing, i don't have cliff's number anymore so i haven't been able to call him but i really hope he's doing alright through all of this. ah.
as for the ticket... dont pay it fight it, you'll win and save yourself money and your insurance wont go up.
instead of paying get an extension for the ticket. they'll give you 3 months about... try to get as many extensions as possible ( the longer you wait the longer its been since the cop pulled you over and his credibility in court goes way down.) then when you cant get anymore extensions say you want to contest the ticket. they'll give you a court date a month away. so now its been like half a year since you got the ticket. so goto court and 99% of the time the cop wont show anyway.
if he does you say it was unsafe to stop and the cop couldnt see that from where he was and that you were in the intersection before it went from yellow to red.
