I don't get me

What is so wrong with doing homework? I mean, why don't I do it? I'm slightly better now, I am completing all of my labs on time, but homework is constantly an issue. And I have been in a bad mood for over a month now. Intermittent with being happy, of course, but in general in a bad mood. Always on the verge of tears. Always wondering what ( Read more... )

Blah. I posted before, and then Firefox died on me. Very well, I shall leave my two cents again! The lost two cents goes into the free parking space...

I know how you feel, when you just feel... blah. Uninspired. You don't want to do anything, but doing nothing is just as bad.
I use legos to get out of those kinds of moods. They allow me to express myself creatively and challenge me to think in a way that I all too often don't get the chance to. And it's just plain fun! It may not necessarily be legos you want to use, but something that challenges you to be creative in a way you usually aren't.

But yeah, that's what I do. I hope you feel better soon!

Depression by itself can make you sick more often and just not want to do anything and always feel crappy. But if you think you might actually have a health problem, you should ask the doctor to test for hypothyroidism (i have it). Do you feel tired a lot? Maybe not in a sleepy way, but like it just takes effort to move? It's a really common condition and very easily managed and a lot of people have it without knowing it. Just a thought.

I think it just might be that you ran out of super exciting desires to push towards. When nothing happens or happens too much people tend to run out of steam. Change always brings people out of this. Or, you can satisfy that oddity by spending one entire day doing absolutely nothing. You'll get bored and with that huge amount of time you'll constantly question, "Why am I doing this?" and then your boredom will turn into finding other fun things.

You just need change. Go on a huge walk to somewhere alone. Don't let anyone contact. Explore. Exploration stimulates your brain to think and to discover new things. New things, of course, creates inspiration. Everything you feel right now is simply a lack of inspiration.

Or you have an infection. Infections mess people up too.
