(c) the level of apoptosis as determined using flourescent-activated cell sorting. Results of my study will establish the techniques for perfusion studies and cell development in a microincubator.

Good luck, I am trying that at the moment, had to abandon it for a different method though! Staining the cells and retreiving a sufficient number for FACS is a bitch. Best of luck!

best of luck. I am sure that it will all be fabulous in the end. Cell culture is so much nicer than in vivo models.

Thanks chickie, it'll be quite awhile before I'm starting to write up but I very well might take you on that offer : ) As for in vitro vs in vivo when it comes to pharmacology animal models is totally where it's at these days
