Good on you, and good on everyone who called the RSPCA. Rednecks thrive on intimidating people so they get their way - glad you called his bluff.

Hopefully he knows any bad actions will bring legal repercussions ... but then (also having grown up in the country, the Klan-infested farmlands of southerastern pennsylvania) I learned long ago to never underestimate the sullen stupidity of that sort of person.
