Ok, I know some of you people will remember the game Pool of Radiance. If you're thinking "Ruins of Myth Drannor," you're wrong. I mean the old SSI gold box game. It's abandonware now, so it's perfectly legal to copy/download/share as much as you like. My question is, does someone know where I can get a copy that will run on a modern machine? So, for those of you who don't know, my birthday is coming up this Saturday, and in six weeks, I'm off to basic for my second stint in the Army. So I know my friends list is full of nerds (mostly because I'm one, too), maybe one of you knows this: There's this computer "game" that's kind of a parody of CRPGs where you basically just turn it on and it runs on its own basically "grinding" your character up in levels and obtaining better gear and you can laugh at the goofy names of the gear ( Read more... )
