Boy are they STUPID.....Studies have shown that the highest accident producing events in parking lots are BACKING movements. IE: Backing out of parking spaces.

Besides, what difference does it make which way the vehicle is facing...

OH! I'm sorry...It does not look uniform, or conform to the norm of things.

BTW, I did not see a section # for the violation.

I'd leave it the way it was, then sue the shit out of them if they tow it :P unless its posted somewhere that you can't park 'backwards' and besides i prefer doing it that way, easier to leave the spot.
