Congress is taking two days off to play golf and celebrate the Jewish New Year.  Hopefully some people are trying to figure out a plan that will actually help our Nation and therefore the World Economy.

Bill Clinton was on the Daily Show last week and made some good points. Spending this much money and bailing out whoever is fine but we have to do so with some strings and at some interest.

since I know nothing about economics (other than the fact that I've lost a decent amount of money over the last few weeks due to the stock market...) I'm hoping that there are folks working on the bill, but also some folks (Jewish and otherwise) who are praying about this mess.
