The fires in California have displaced over a quarter million people. The Red Cross is mounting a huge response to the fire... this includes shelters, food, etc, and there will be financial assistance long after the fires are out. You can donate as little as $5. Anyone want? It's the full retail version with XS Key, upgradeable and all that. Manuals are in great condition, used, but no writing/marks, no folded pages, etc.

I bought the full version of Studio instead of the upgrade, so I don't need this box. Upgrade to Studio is $199...

So, I dunno... $200 plus shipping?

There was some bad weather in the state last night... a few tornados apparently. This picture was on the local news site, but it doesn't give any information, like if it's a frame from a video camera, the circumstances under which it was taken, etc... but it still looks pretty cool and threatening.

I'm holding my ankles in anticipation of my iPhone software update. Apple has been pushing the "if you've modded your phone, software updates may leave it in an unusable state. Modding your software is against the license, and if it breaks, you're SOL" message pretty hard.

Family Guy was hilarious tonight.
