I have resisted the iPhone mania, mostly because I am not a fan of AT&T Wireless a.k.a. Cingular.

But I just played with an iPhone for 30 minutes and wow, that is an amazing device. It does live up to the hype.

I'm sooo tempted to replace my broken PDA, 3 year old cell phone and non-existent MP3 player with an iPhone. But...I'm not bringing in any income, and if I do get the Federal job I've been waiting for for 15 months, I couldn't have it with me during work anyway. So I just read and dream. And I'm already with AT&T, so that wouldn't bother me so much.

I generally don't purchase electronics and such until practically forced at gunpoint. But I've dropped my seven year old cell so many times lately that I may be coming at you for phone buying advice soon.

It does live up to the hype. I bought one, and its so cool I can't stand it.
